Mutation spray celestial: 120million sheckles
Mutation spray disco: 200million sheckles

Ultimate spray 100 uses: can be obtained when you bought all of the sprays/got them somehere else, you can claim it in his shop
This merchant only appears once every day and every purchase = 3 uses
However, they are not guaranteed to be in stock (except chiiled, pollinted and burnt) and when they are in stock only 3 come in stock

@LifelongBoat How about this idea, I think the merchant should only have sprays that already exist, instead of new op sprays. This would help players obtain sprays that are limited, such as Burt, if they don't have a cooked owl and pollinated, or if they don't have any bees. This would help players obtain mutations that are pet-locked, and it wouldn't break the game.

If it's every 3 days, and the chances are that low, then it could work, but I think that's too low, You would need it to spawn 10,000, which would take 30,000 days before it would ever be in stock.
