Need help reactivating or activating new arduino forum account.
Hello,
I recently went to sign into my arduino forum account and it said I had the PW or username wrong. I tried to reset my PW, but I never got a reset email.
So I decided to try and create an account using the same email I originally did and the same username. Well, it told me that my username (same one as in discord), was in use, but the account had been deactivated due to inactivity. So I can't use that username anymore; and apparently not that email anymore because my attempts with a different username failed.
Now normally when I search I find answers to my questions about the arduino. The docs and forum posts are just that good. And my other electrical questions are things not really related to the arduino, so again, I have no reason to post that often.
How do I reactivate my arduino forum account?

Hi, pls open a ticket with Arduino via https://www.arduino.cc/en/contact-us/ and give details of the issue including deactivated account details. You might not get the old Arduino account reactivated, but the support agents can check if you create a new Arduino account with the same email address whether you can acess to forum account again.

I got a generic responce saying to create a new account. The problem is, I can't. I fill out the fields, hit the next button, and nothing happens. No error messages saying I entered anything incorrectly. I tried using an up-to-date FF.
