Frequent Google Sheets Integration Errors and Platform Stability Concerns

We've been experiencing errors with the Google Sheets integration on our bots. Most recently, we received the following error:
"Google API error – [401] Request had invalid authentication credentials. Expected OAuth 2 access token, login cookie or other valid authentication credential."This error appears even though the credentials were working fine previously. We have not changed our configuration, and the issue seems to occur intermittently across different Google accounts and bots. It disrupts our users' experience and makes the platform feel unstable. Could you please help us understand: 1. Why this kind of error suddenly occurs without any manual changes? 2. Whether there is a known token expiration period or event that triggers this disconnection? 3. If there's a way to prevent this (such as automatic token refresh or alerts)? 4. Whether you are working on improving stability for Google Sheets integration? We really like using Typebot, but these reliability issues are forcing us to consider alternative platforms for mission-critical bots. Additionally, even when we click "Pick a spreadsheet" and picked a sheet, and nothing happens — the button is completely unresponsive.
We are operating the bot so that only specific users listed in the spreadsheet can proceed, and this issue has led to numerous user complaints.

We initially assumed it was a 401 error, so we switched the connected Google account to a different team member's email and linked a brand-new spreadsheet.
However, even after doing that, the same issue occurred again — the sheet connection became unresponsive shortly after setup.
At this point, we urgently need to know if the problem is on your end.
Could you please check whether there’s a system-level issue with how Typebot handles Google Sheets credentials and token refresh?
This issue is directly impacting our users and we would really appreciate your prompt support.
To summarize briefly:
Our Typebot’s connected Google Sheets account keeps getting disconnected, which makes it impossible to reliably fetch data from the spreadsheet or perform any related operations.
