This is the first something like this happened. You should be able to update but there is a problem I canβt figure out
I tried asking them to let me use the apk file of the app but it didn't work.

Try this
Here's what I'd try.
Factory reset it again, but select a different country (let's say Czech republic). For language, select English or whatever you can understand.
Once it reboots, activate standalone mode (do not pair it to your phone):
Tap the little blue Wear icon at the top repeatedly. A message should pop up telling you to now long press on that icon - do that.
"Starting..." should appear. Wait a sec for it to fully load up, then go into Settings and connect it to your WiFi network.
Next, go into Settings -> General -> Date and time. In there, toggle the automatic date and time sync off and on 2 times, just to make sure that the watch has a correct date and time set.
Finally, go to Settings and scroll down to Software update. Tap on it and check if an update shows up.
If an update shows up, well you're in for an adventure because you'll have to install like 4 or 5 updates until you'll finally get to the latest version. Each update will take a few minutes to download, then up to half an hour to install.
Only once you'll get all the way to the OneUI 6 Watch update, you can factory reset and set it up from scratch using your phone like normal.
