Why are SOME of my skins blurry.

Some of my skins in game dont match the picture and are pixelated, specifically my Phaseguard and Smite (on the tip of the gun). I play on a 144hz 1440p monitor and the resolution matches in game and i've tried many settings. The skins become clear when inspecting them btw. Can anyone help?
