Paper Configs
I have many plugins on my minecraft server and when iam changing configs of them and restart the server, the config will reset.
I have this problem for the first time so can anyone help me?

Try shutting the server down, making the config changes, then turning the server back on. It sounds like you may be making the changes while the server's still online, which may not work sometimes.
