So question but when does the spotted hyena get an remodel, since the model feels stiff and did not aged well.

Frontier iirc isn't in the business of fixing the old models and more just making brand new ones.

The easy answer is never. There are several mods that allow you to improve models that feel too cartoonish or weird, that's your only option
