Fedora Updated Release
I’m curious what the process is for getting an updated Fedora package. We run Fedora hosts with Ubuntu containers and they run versions that are several versions off.
And primarily I ask because I am interested in the fix in 3.43.2 for the handling of CLI_ARGS.

That package is maintained by someone else, and not us.
Found this. I'll send an email to them. https://packages.fedoraproject.org/pkgs/golang-github-task/go-task/

Thank you for letting me know!
That email bounced but I then emailed the maintainer directly. His response:
There were some hangups with new dependencies recently and we’re restructuring how we do Go binaries with large numbers of dependencies in Fedora. Once 3.45 is released, I’m going to move it to a vendored build and get the update out (there’s a bump in the dependencies post 3.44 that fixes an issue with doing the vendored package).
Appreciate the follow up. I did end up working around the issue but am still interested in an update. Will wait for his update
