iOS app and sync surprises

First of all, thanks for this amazing tool, i'm a newcomer and i am enjoying it immensely !
I have some questions surrounding iOS sync, the current behaviour seems surprising :

I have some questions surrounding iOS sync, the current behaviour seems surprising :
- when i delete a picture from the web interface, the picture reappears later on after redoing an iOS sync. it seems you keep a list of photo hashes to avoid reuploading a similar picture, so i am surprised this is happening
- when selecting multiple iOS albums (Recent + Screenshots), if a picture belongs to multiple albums, it is only added to one. This seems surprising as well, but i think this is documented already ?
- I am currently synchronizing only my Recent album. I then go on the web interface to organize my pictures in event-based albums. my goal would be to reach a point where my immich "Recent" album is almost empty, and all photos are sorted in proper albums. This task is surprisingly difficult since there is no "move to album" action, only "add to album", and there is no shortcut to remove a pic from the currently browsed album. Furthermore, if i add my pics to an album, then remove them from the "recent" album, they reappear again in "recent" after an iOS sync, completely defeating the purpose of sorting them.
Do you have any suggestions as to how to proceed ? I definitely may be missing something here. I can also open a GitHub issue for improvement suggestions, but it seemed logical to ask here first
