Hardware bans

I use xim; mnk converter. But I've never used it once it valorant and never planned on it. I was mid comp game WITH controller and it wasnt even plugged into my controller and it still detected I was 'cheating' I've spent over 200$ on this game and never once cheated no warning nothing. I submitted a support ticket on the website but I got ignored three times, didn't even get an email if it got declined or not. I just wanna play valorant again.
