remove windows (2 drives dual boot)
so I started with dual boot windows and bazzite (2 drives). everything works though on bazzite and I want to get rid of windows. Can I just format the 2nd drive in Disks and edit the grub entry in bazzite, or is there a more fancy way to do that?

Depends. If you have a separate efi partition for windows and bazzite on their own drives, all you need to do is
ujust regenerate-grub
