Recovering an account over 3 years ago
This seems a bit far-fetched, but I really want to have this account (I'm sure anyone in my position would as well).
tl;dr, my whole pc was ratted (silly me), and I was force to a position to wipe all information and social media and start over, therefore permanently removing my google and facebook account that has more than 10y of memories and data. This obviously included my PUBG Mobile account that I connect to, and so permanently locking me out of the account.
I did not remember a way to link phone number / email during the time (I sound old LOL), but I tried the normal route of going through the record portal and submitting a record. However here is where I got really confused.
1. It asks for information in the previous 6 months, but I never launched the game for at least 5 years already (I think). So what information should I be giving?
2. It asks for the email registered, but my email have an underscore(_), which the record did not accept for some reason, so how can I give my honest information?
3. It asks to use the phone I used to play the game on in the previous 6 months. Again, I don't know which phone to put due to the above reason. Should I have put the device that I played on?? like Samsung S9+ and Note 8?
4. It currently already rejected my record, but do I ever get to know which information was wrong? Is there any way to reach out to the support team personally?
I hope someone can clear up the above question that I have. Any help would be greatly appreciated :> :catok:

Recovery kinda fits? but my account wasnt hacked, my socials were forcefully permanently deleted just for a clean slate?
Yes it's recovery. You can answer those questions by explaining your account wasn't hacked and what happened instead thus how you lost access to your account.
just sent it. is there an eta on the response time? I did ramble a whole lot on the form so just kinda wish to here back something asap.

Hey so you know there’s a PUBG recovery tool outside of the login page my friend hacked my account claiming my account from there so it didn’t let me claim again in game it said I have to wait for 3 months but then I found this out and I gave them all my information and submitted it so does that mean if my information are all correct I will get my account back? Even though my friend already made a claim and took over my account?

No chance, since that other person already successfully claimed ownership.
Should you continue to play the game then create a new account and never give access to it in any way. Only way to stay safe and should be common knowledge.
Also replacing seller with „friend“ does not improve the recovery chance.
You should get a response within approximately 7 working days.
If you mean the request submitted through https://pubgmobile.live/support, then if your request gets accepted you will get access back to your account.
It’s very difficult i have every proof for my I’d but still restrictions on my account and o could not file the claim it’s been 25 days now and after 30 days my regular device will not remain trusted due to the reason that I could not log in to my game for 30 days sending a lot of emails to service@pubgmobile.com but all in vain automated response that try once the restrictions are lifted so sad 7 years and hell amount of money spent all is going in vain really sad
