It's in the database after transfers messed up to stripe account and it got placed into the databases application balance
It's an automated system that is attached to autonomously driven agent workforce that utilizes hyper swarms to decide what to do
I've spent a lot of time designing this and know because of it 6 billion is in application balance and I have no idea how to deal with this
