uninstall game

I'm trying to uninstall bus simulator 21 from the epic game store on the heroic launcher. I have an rog ally x running on bazzite. Every time I click the uninstall button on the game it uninstalls for one second and then pops up that the game's ready to play. If I go to the games folder and try to delete it there it just repops up again replaces the file that I deleted automatically.

I also tried to install farming simulator 2022 and the download ended up stopping part way through and now it says the game is ready to play and it won't let me continue to install it. I tried to uninstall that game too and the same thing happens.
