valorant stuttering sm
i tried everything lol. my pc is able to run any other fps game , open world , and online games , just not val .
i’ve put pc on high performance, turned off HAGS, mouse is under 1000hz , reinstalled, ran as administrator , val settings on dirt low settings , no background apps running , updated drivers, updated windows , basically every thing but still the same problem .
