Account BAN for nothing

I understand installing game from other source may be suspicious but it does not mean that you come and BAN account permanently, listen i know many people are using hacks and much more to gain benefits of ranking and other things but you guys not banning all people its your loophole that people still using hackx, ijust want you too reduce my ban time its really not fare to ban an account permanently who did not use any kind of hax, please reduce it to 1 year or may be lower because i invested thousands of $ to my account, i hope you understand
