hello, i linked my phone no. into my friends acc to play premier, now my friend got locked out of his own account and he cant recover it through riot support, is there any chance to unlink my phone no from that acc?

Why can’t your friend recover his acc?
If you can’t access nor recover the acc, you can’t unlink the number.
it was linked to his college email which he no longer has access to
he has passed the college and the email doesnt work now
so we dont have the first email
