Notification Sound only plays once
I didn't notice this Issue until very recently.
In case its important I'm using Graphene Os
I noticed that the notification sounds only play if its the First Notification my App sends. Otherwise they don't play.
I tried setting the setAlertOnlyOnce to false and the GroupBehaviour to GROUP_ALERT_ALL but to no avail.

there is a way to bypass this issue by generating random group names or just using 1 permanently. that way the groupalert setting takes effect
