basically firstly find dist covered by block wrt plnak, then find dist covered by plank, then translate them into ground frame distance and find magnitude
and basically motion is happening like plank is pushing the block with itself upward in y direction but block also slips a bit in x direction due to plank not moving straight ( component of pesudo force)
