Get an error every time I try to install mods, when I load the game it doesn't load mods at all
Error: failed to resolve lockfile: could not resolve mods: failed resolving profile dependencies: failed to solve dependencies: failed to make decision: failed to get package versions: failed to fetch mod InfiniteZoop: failed fetching all versions: Get "https://api.ficsit.app/v1/mod/InfiniteZoop/versions/all": read tcp [2604:2d80:a082:2500:9546:a86b:394e:8d51]:51952->[2606:4700:20::681a:776]:443: wsarecv: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

triggered by @CodingRabbitDo you have a VPN you could try?
I do not
Looking at the automated response, could it be because I have the mod loader on the c drive when my game is on a different drive?
No, the error message basically says that something in the middle prevented the mod manager from getting the info about a mod. Could be your computer, could be your ISP, could be your government, could be your router, etc
Any ideas on where I could look to see where the block is?
Trying a VPN or hot spot or public Wi-Fi network is the easiest next step
Or trying again at another time in the day
Can you visit this in your web browser? https://api.ficsit.app/v1/mod/InfiniteZoop/versions/all
Is it supposed to bring up a json file?
Yes, that means it succeeded from your browser
(it's actually just text in a json format but most browsers have a nice viewer for it)
My computer had an update recently, could it be a firewall setting?
Not sure, but unlikely
