Images not showing in image tab
Hello all,
Thanks for the amazing tool i am really enjoying using it. however i am having some trouble with the IOS app.
i am able to acces all the photos i uploaded using immich go through the browser on my computer, i can also access it on the browser on my phone.
however when i use the app it connects to the immich server just fine but it shows 4 "tiles" with an exclamation mark and i am unable to open it. i am able to open the photos when i go to library-> folder->photos->and in these folders i can see my pictures and videos. i have the same behaviour on my ipad.
do you have any idea what could be causing this issue?
i have already tried:
reinstalling the app
logging out and back in again
restarting the immich server
