wifi stops working after first restart (realtek rtl8821ce)

i have just installed bazzite and it’s been really amazing so far. I took a break and my computer automatically suspended, after wake up i see no wifi networks being scanned (strange…?)

after that i tried restarting but i now see no wireless device (disappears from ‘ip a s’)

i did absolutely nothing before this
