I got banned for 1 year cause i was AFK for Like 2-3 Games cause i Made my settings and they are talking about Like:

Regardless of the intent, leaving a game has a negative impact on the other players who were matched with and against you. For this reason, the penalty was correctly applied, even if it might not feel that way.
As a player myself, I know how it feels to receive a penalty like this. However, our systems are designed to protect you, not punish you. If your record is (almost) clean, you’ll likely receive little to no further penalties. The easiest way to avoid these penalties is to simply stay in the game and focus fully on your opponents.
Inactivity during a match, intentionally leaving the queue, or friendly fire are things we do not take lightly. We expect our agents to cooperate – whether they’re winning or losing. To ensure this, we’ve implemented various penalties based on past offenses and a player’s behavior.
AFK & Queue Penalty System (Simplified)
Warning 1
You triggered the system for inactivity or leaving the queue. Repeated offenses may lead to harsher penalties.
Duration: None

Warning 2: XP Nullification
You receive no XP from the match where the penalty was triggered.
Duration: 1 match

Warning 3: Rank Rating Loss
If you are AFK or leave a ranked match, you lose 4–12 RR points. This may result in going below the -30 RR limit (shown in the match summary).
Duration: 1 match
Warning 4: Teamplay Restriction
You cannot join team-based game modes until the timer expires. Only Solo Deathmatch and Custom Games are available.
Duration: 3 to 365 days
Warning 5: VALORANT Game Ban
You are blocked from playing VALORANT entirely until the date and time shown.
Duration: 7 days to permanent
