Will the hc-sr04 be able to give inputs and outputs if i connect the wires in this way?
Sorry, I'm terribly new to this stuff and our teacher told us to create a product. No tutorial given. He just told us to do it on our own.

No it will not. And you risk damaging the arduino wired like this.
It never matters what your doing. Or if you even want to do it. You should always put your best effort in doing it. Even if its scrubbing a toilet. It should be the best you can offer when your done.@Ecro
i am infact doing what i know and what i thought is right, ive never actually found a good tutorial and relied on advice and general tutorials

And i was talking about the basic things. Like coloring your wires. Adding curves to your wires. Making it look nice.
Like if you ordered a hamburger and you get it with the meat on the out side buns in the middle sause just covering everything. Your not happy. You dont want to eat it right.
