Im trying to use Janitorai but when I log in the characters dont pop up then I refresh the page it gives me the access restricted your access has been blocked by our firewall

If you are blocked by a website that uses Cloudflare, you need to contact the website owner to appeal or investigate the block. Cloudflare is configured by the site owner, and Cloudflare will not overwrite the configuration of any customer. Nobody in this Discord nor any Cloudflare employee will be able to help you. The site owner can investigate why you were blocked through your Ray ID (usually found at the bottom of the blocked page).
yeah I have contacted them already and they said it was on cloudflares side
Sadly they are in full and complete control of their firewall and everything that is blocked. They can block and allowlist people/features/etc as they wish. Cloudflare won't mess with their configuration
You're not being blocked by Cloudflare in any sense independently, otherwise you wouldn't be able to access even Discord which is fully behind Cloudflare
In theory the ray id at the bottom of that page is enough for them to look up the block in their firewall and change the rule/allowlist you, but if they're not willing, not much you can do
