Game Mode - Black background, no wallpaper/images
Sorry if this is a known thing, but I'm having issues figuring this out. Recently the wallpaper/background image has disappeared in game mode and is just completely black. Doesn't matter which game is selected, CSS loader on/off, beta vs stable steam, etc. I have rebooted several times and run ujust fix-reset-steam with no changes.
Any ideas?

Well I can't believe I didn't put this together until now. "High Contrast Mode" in steam breaks "hero" images and backgrounds. Uninstalled CSS loader and any other visual modification plugins until I figured that out.

Likely one of your css loader themes
Disable them all, reboot, and report back
All CSS loader themes disabled, reboot, still same result. Well, slighly different given the lack of themes, but blackground is completely black with no game art.
Also, no changes to my CSS loader themes recently. This happened roughly 2 days ago after an update from desktop mode, then rebooting.
