lag on a mid end pc
My fps keeps going under my refresh rate and before my pc upgrade i was running like 300 fps? can anyone help

im in a valorant game rn and its going from 160 - 170
and my refresh rate is 180
my specs are a r5 5600 rx 7600 and 32gb of ram 3200mhz#
check your cpu and gpu usage?
val is using 34% cpu and 29% gpu
thats in the range
maybe you have v sync enabled via Adrenalin?

try lowering all your graphics settings and see if it's still around 160-170 fps
its on 200 now but i should be getting like 400 frames
on a worse gpu i was getting 400
yea im at a loss 💀
