"The command 'ostree ...' exited with command 1" (No previous Fedora install, dual-boot)

Hi, I'm trying to install Bazzite on my desktop PC, but it keeps failing with the error above. Searching it up shows solutions involving deleting the /EFI/Fedora folder, but it isn't there for me. I've also deleted the Fedora UEFI entry that the Fedora Workstation Live ISO created with no success. The failure seems to coincide with a bunch of errors printed in the "packaging-log" tmux window followed by a grub2-mkconfig error. I've tried disabling Secure Boot, manually and automatically partitioning, installing with and without encryption enabled and nothing seems to make a difference. I also tried installing Fedora Kinoite to try a rebase but I got the exact same error. (I double-checked after that, no Fedora folder in EFI) I have Windows 10 already installed and I'm not willing to uninstall it yet as I still have important data on it. I'd like to solve this without deleting Windows if possible.
