a few questions to help contextualise this:
* is this your own device and your network?
* do you have any browser extensions installed that might interefere with or block connections? e.g "vpn" extensions, poorly configured adblocks, "privacy" enhancing extensions, etc.
* are there any network or device level proxies, usually provided by antivirus, parental, school or company filters
* have you tested different browsers on the machine and different devices on the network? does the same thing happen?
i ask because those logs are not normal and indicate that something is going very badly wrong when trying to load the scripts on the challenge page, especially citing content policies which should, unless theres interference going on, be decided by the site rather than the client
1.the network is my family network, altho this problem is exclusive to my device and my other family members do not have any issues.
2.I went through a pruge of extensions earlier this year trying to solve this problem and I removed all of them, nothing happend. So i dont think those are a problem

Its my device thats the problem, all browers, firefox chrome even duck duck go cant fight it, other devices on the network are fine

a survey service has no reason to intercept all of your web traffic
looks like it was some addon stuff with some vpn i got years ago
i'd uninstall any traces of survey monkey and if the problem is still there grab and run malwarebytes and see if it picks anything up

it didnt detect it
it probably thinks its legit then, lol. which means regular uninstall should work if you can find what its called on the program list
its probably non malicious annoying addon software
when programs try to circumvent uninstall processes they generally get flagged as malicious
so it not being detected means its probably not too hard to uninstall

these days on windows 11 its called "Installed apps"

open the Settings app and then go to Apps > Installed apps
it should load a list of software, go through the list until you find something that might be related and then click the
... button next to it and Uninstallit was bundled under the name "surf to earn"

it saves the completion for a bit, and usually only shows when your traffic is deemed suspicious by rules the site owner sets
with any luck you should be fine now, even if they take a while sometimes at least it should work
