Changing Heroic Versions

Basically I have arch installed using kde plasma and I have the flatpack version installed and I want to change to the pacman one because with the flatpack version It dosn't show up in my sidebar and I need to manually fix it so how can I change to the pacman version? and will I lose any data? (Dosn't matter tbh but just asking)
