Lag spikes
Hello so my friend recently got a pc and decided to download valorant he did the whole thing in the bios ifykwim and played a couple matches but noticed that he lagged once in a while and sometimes frequently making the game unplayable it isn't like ignorable or anything it make his game unplayable even though he has a high end pc (2k€) the price doesn't matter but just to give you an idea what I'm trying to say is he shouldn't be lagging the pc can smoothly run cyberpunk with every setting maxxed out so his pc isn't the issue we looked on Google,yt,tt even asked ai and tried all the methods (going into files, changing gaming settings, monitor settings,in-game settings, bios, and etc.) we tried the typical solutions that are out there yet it still lags at some point one method we tried made the lags even worse
We tried one last time by uninstalling and reinstalling the game and it still doesn't work so I decided to ask here.

Could you ask him to check his internet connection with a speed test? Also, suggest he try a VPN service like Cloudflare WARP. Even with a high-end PC, a poor internet connection with packet loss can severely bottleneck performance, much like a Ferrari stuck on a dirt road.
Hello I also thought of that before I asked him he gets 0 packet loss his internet is fine on every other app and valorant as well but I'll try the VPN with him as well
