I can't play the game.
My game freezes in the main menu or in the loading screen someone can help me

Relaunch the game and press F11
did it dosen't work
Open task manager > performance tab
Show ss in CPU tab
my brother told me to put the game in windowed lol and it worked
but the game freezes in full screen
