Cloudflare Zero Trust Tunnel pricing for one user with 100% uptime SLA
Hi,
I'm using Zero Trust Tunnel to forward a webhook to my local machine. With the free plan, I observed that the tunnel service is frequently shut down for unknown reasons. Therefore, I would like to upgrade to the Standard plan to have 100% uptime SLA.
However, when I select one seat from the Standard plan, the system automatically changes the number of seats to 50 after I click the confirm button. So when I check out, the webpage shows 7$/month correctly, but afterwards on my billing page, it says 350$/month. Does Cloudflare charge at least 350$ per month for the Standard plan, or does it depend on how many tunnels I have used in the last billing month?

I highly doub't you'll fix your connection issues by buying a higher tier. The tunnel shouldn't really have any problems at all, even on the free tier, SLA or not.
What issues do you encounter specifically when it's down?
I'm receiving blockchain transactions via webhook 24/7 for trading. I guess I'll just restart the tunnel if it is down for a few minutes.
