2 Month Ban without any violation

My account was frozen for 60 days due to emulator abnormalities and asked me to update my emulator to the latest version although I am already using the latest version of official 32-bit Game loop emulator. When I click on file claim and try to submit, it gives me network error although my network is completely fine. Please resolve this issue as i have never used any third-party emulator and have always used the official Game loop emulator from the official website of gameloop.com
