Can't sign up to neon

After creating a new account I always get this error. I cannot finish the onboarding. Does not matter if I try to login or sign up.

Can you DM me your email address so we can investigate? If you signed up via Google, etc. please provide the email address associated with your account.

@Daniel No, support returned to me via email today, it got solved. I had to do "forgot password" and set a password. Now I am logging in via email and password, instad of Google. Its a bit inconvenient but it solved the issue for me.
