Lost my valo account need serious help please
I bought a valo account 2 years back
Now out of nowhere my phone got dead when i updated so its of no use
And now i dont have the access to mail that is been logged into my riot id
And now my riot id pass has been changed which i didnt
And when submitting tckets its reverting back to the mail which was connected and i have lost the access of the mail.
What should i do am clueless someone please help me recover my id.

In order to recover the account you’ll need to provide proof of ownership to riot, since in your case you bought the account, you can’t provide all info such as dob original email and so on, without which you can’t recover the account
Moreover since you had access to the email that it was linked to on your phone, don’t you know the password to that email acc?
