ayaneo slide (aka antec core hs) sleep button/function not working

Hi all,
I have to say, bazzite on the ayaneo slide is now really good thanks to the random crashes fix. However, there are still some issues. The most annoying one being the fact that the sleep function is not working.

Now, I've tried the recommendations that ReignOS setup provides in this regard, which is to set the standby type in the BIOS to a variation of the "Modern Standby Type" value. However, no combinations of standby configurations seem to work properly. Here's what happens with each value:
  • "S3 Standard": the power button is recognized, even though the input is recognized after around 10 seconds, and the device seems to go to "sleep": the LEDs are off and so are the fans, even though it seems as if the device was actually turned off (the waking process is slow, and the BIOS logo is even shown). However, when trying to put the device to sleep via software, the fans are still spinning and the LEDs are still on. Also, the device is turned on just by pressing the buttons.
  • "Modern Standby + S0i2" and "Modern Standby + S0i2 + Si03": the button does not work at all. If the device is put to sleep via the Power menu entry, the LEDs are still on and the fans are spinning (albeit at a lower intensity than the previous point). Again, the device is easily awaken by pressing buttons/sliding the screen.
  • "Modern Standby + Si03": Same as before, however it seems that the fans are even lower in intensity (not sure tho as there's not way to empirically measure this for now).
Thanks for reading!
