Account compramised by fake ticket
I recovered account on 5 july but the hacker who have my main registered mail create fake ticket and get account even warned riot agents after i recovered account now they ignore all tickets

Only 3 tickets created by me all verfied but no access was given shared the maximum information recipient and all experience till the account was created
This one created by me but the ticket these agents mentioning are not created by me probably the hacker

If a person giving all his timeline with exact date devices info kingdom creads and vp purchase actual date what will he can submit more i go beyond the answers they want still instantly closed ticket
I have no idea what to do cause now instantly closed my ticket after i submit my details
If the agent name zayden take my words seriously and lock account for 6 months the hacker may not able recover account by fake riot ticket doesn't matter even hacker has confessed they still not returning account
Now the person hacker sold my account have all access

Did you try contacting your email service providers like the support agent said?
I did even google need verification to login my account without password but old device are removed from mail as well as recovery mail and mobile number i asked them to suspend my account but they said until we see the guy violent our policy we can't

There's not much you can do if they keep closing the ticket

I completely understand, but if you submit a ticket and it’s automatically closed, there’s not much you can do.

i have all i save it in my account recovery pdf so if mishappens it will help me
all recipts in my computer
also see hacker confirmed he hack account in my alt account but no action by riot

Like they can share account is compramised but can't share account is neutral now and we should remove all restrictions
I’m pretty sure support agents follow their own protocol when dealing with account recovery tickets
There’s really not much you can do about that
So what do you think i should create a ticket and tell an agent about all situations and ask help to end this loop and not allow him go for account recovery this may help eliminate all infection riot created on my account and help eliminate fake ticket as well

it worked they actually reinvestigating now
can you suggest me I was able to bring account back from blacklisted recovery but they said insufficient information which indirectly show account was shared but I never shared my account with even my brother and I have no idea how to get out of this second loop
“Insufficient information” means the info you provided either doesn’t match with their system, or isn’t enough to prove you as the owner of the acc
Listen bro like I give them all answers what they want they even know I played on this account cause I shared all core account details with all valorant experience but still denied by insufficient information directly indicates shared account issue
They directly can't say you shared account that's why insufficient information

If they still ignoring by insufficient information means I am trapped in loop
