- Open the Task Manager > Details tab
- End the task on all VALORANT, Riot Client and VANGUARD-related apps/services
- Open the Control Panel > Uninstall a Program
- Uninstall Riot VANGUARD
- Open CMD as Admin and type these commands:
- sc delete vgc
- sc delete vgk
- Navigate to your C: Drive, then Program Files
- Find the VANGUARD folder and delete it
- Open the Riot Client and click update
- Restart your computer after the update
After you’re done with that:
- Press Windows key + R
- Type services.msc
- Look for vgc
- Right-click on vgc > Properties
- Change the startup type to automatic
- Start the services (if not started already)

Basically, this error could mean anything from a slow internet connection, slow CPU, etc. I checked the error codes helpdesk and it doesn’t have that one displayed. You can try contacting support & uploading your logs to the ticket.
after updated val this morning,it showed this error

Did you happen to see if you have any corrupted files? - Riot Client -> Settings -> Valorant -> Repair

I think your internet might be to blame cause "Valorant recommends a minimum of 25 Mbps for download speed & a minimum of 1 Mbps upload speed "
However, you can try with the Repair thing & if that doesn't work try submitting a ticket

With the VAN -72 it could be a factor of all those things. I would try submitting a support ticket.
