Please correct me if I am wrong, but I think you intend to store a total of 3.088 million vectors and not 30.88 million (40k * 77.2 = 3.088 million).
In that case your storage vector dimension costs would be ~$1.18 per month. And similarly your queried vector dimension costs would then turn out to be ~$23.76 per month.
