Statement: Crackdown on Data Miners and Leakers
Any individual or organization that unlawfully mines data or obtains undisclosed assets during the game development cycle - whether through technical means or unofficial channels, including but not limited to core gameplay, map resources, and skin assets - will be deemed to have infringed upon PUBG MOBILE's intellectual property and related legal rights. Such activities may result in the premature disclosure of unfinished content, mislead players, and erode player anticipation and enthusiasm, thereby seriously impairing the overall gaming experience.
The PUBG MOBILE Team takes these risks seriously. We may take any of the following enforcement measures in response to the infringement of our legal rights:
1. Content and leaks derived from data mining will be removed from any social media platform where they are posted. In serious cases, we will request the social media platform(s) to ban the offending social media account permanently.
2. Game accounts implicated in data mining activities may face bans of up to 10 years in particularly severe cases.
3. Individuals or organizations involved in data mining or leaking assets will be subject to lawsuits and other legal proceedings and held liable for damages.
Unauthorized data mining from the client, obtaining or disclosing undisclosed or inaccurate game information, and the development or sale of plugins all constitute serious infringements of intellectual property rights. The PUBG MOBILE Team upholds a zero-tolerance stance toward unlawful copyright infringement and will take decisive action to the fullest extent possible to protect the integrity of the game environment and ensure a fair experience for all players.
