ok I found a way of doing it via commands but I still think there should be a non command way too
flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists DolphinDev https://flatpak.dolphin-emu.org/dev.flatpakrepo
flatpak install DolphinDev org.DolphinEmu.dolphin-emu
like right now the Bazaar dosen't even recognice that its installed
