Hello, i was writting on the support, but unfurtunatelly they are answering very very slowly. Is over here any admin, who can check my region and change it on Asia region from EU? I moved from EU out, and i cant play at this moment.. very high ping. Thanks.. 🙂

How is that possible ? i was trying it, but it was showing me its not possible and just submit a ticket.. now i can change it ? 😮

My val acc is in asia region , i moved out to france recently, but when i made a ticket abt changing my account to eu they said they’re gonna delete my skins if i do so, is that true?
they will not delete anything. They have to see you played 14 days from new region to change it
Will they ask me about some infos before changing it?
yes . For making sure you are the owner and not someone stole the account or trying to sell it
