Heating bed Vcore4

Hi I have a problem with heating bed. Why SSR is not receiving 24v from motherboard when I set heat for f.ex 100? Ssr is receiving signal but not 24v and on output I have voltage from 50v to 100v. Not 230v. Bed out on MCU is sending signal only 4-5V. Sometimes 1-2V Current it seems to be AC on output of MCU. I don’t get it

Maybe the SSR is malfunctioning? Check also if the bed fuse is okay, mine broke

SSR is ok. I replaced. Fuse is also ok, checked. I unpluged SSR and measured voltage on Bed Out from MCU and there is something wrong. On multimeter voltage is jumping. Green diod (signal of heating) on right corner of Octopus is also not lighting steady. On multimeter DC in jumping aroun 450mv, when I switch to AC I have from 1 to 5V. Power supply for MCU everywhere 24V DC

maybe the PSU? because the SSR have direct connection with the PSU

PSU is giving correct voltage to MCU.

Did the replacement of Octopus solve your problem? There is another symptom. Now ventilators are not starting with restart of machine. They are ok. I can start them from Klipper but normally an each restart ventilator were working for few seconds. Now they are turning on automatically only when klipper is turnig off printer after error “heating bed time…” Any ideas what I could check?

Do they run when you do an emergency stop?

4028, Standard delivered with ratrig set. Is 12V or maybe 5V I have to check

Okay, there is a specific config to get 4028 to default to on. Have you done that?

No, but nothing was changed on printer.cfg as well as on the rest of .cfg files. I checked all dates of editing files and nothing was edited/changed directly before my problem with bed heating appeared.

You said "Now the ventilatiors..." So did that change? It seems like it could be connected if a change happened at the same time.
