Not receiving password reset email

I'm trying to login and the password I thought I had didn't work, so I went to reset the password and never received the email to allow me to reset my password in my inbox or spam. I wondered if I registered it under a different email for some reason, and so used the forgot email feature, which did send an email that I received. I also checked to see if I had used login via google, but when I tried I got "An error occurred during the login process. Please try again or contact support." and "login.oidc.error.failed-to-create-user". I've tried all of these several times over several days from different devices and difference networks, all with the same result. I clicked the option to Contact Support, but it required a login and therefore got me nowhere. I looked at the help center, and found "We are making some improvements to our support experience. This could be causing a temporary issue linking your dashboard account and your Cloudflare Help Center My Activities sign-on information", but the only remedy it offers there is community support. Help?
