Is there a plugin upgrade script, or do I have to do it manually? (v3 -> v4)

Are you planning to migrate from version 3 to version 4 instantly using a plugin?
Thanks! I saw this initially, but I thought it only applied for your laravel + filament app.
It should work for plugins as well though
