Bazzite refuses to go into Gaming Mode through shortcut as of F42.20250731 update

The title says everything, after upgrading Bazzite to F42.20250731 and trying to return to Game Mode via shortcut, it just stuck in a black screen, and at the end Steam being reinstalled and causing logged out states.

Checklist I have done:
  • Resetting Steam and reinstalling Decky with clean state - same issue
  • Disconnecting monitor and reconnecting it - same issue
  • Recreating shortcut - same issue
  • Reverting to past snapshot and reconnecting monitor somewhat fixes it
  • Or fully restarting from your desktop allows you to enter game mode without issue, only shortcut is affected
Solution
Reinstalling seems to be working, for those who installed OS since Fedora 40, you might need to reinstall

The constant update for some reason may be causing breakages
