Okay, I found a previous email, I have escalated this to the team but cannot guarantee it be this week due to national holidays.
Also a question looking at the account activity you havent used any of our products, do you come back and just use the CTI or something?
I wanted it to be installed on Linux Debian.

it has been removed, but hopefully in future we will implement backup codes to save this back and forth
