Cant Purchase Workers Paid
Previously, I downgraded or canceled my Workers Paid subscription. Now, I’d like to re-subscribe to the Workers Paid plan, but I’m unable to do so.
The issue is that my current plan still appears as “Workers Paid,” even though the paid features are no longer active — it seems like my account is stuck in a limbo state. I suspect this might be a bug.

Cloudflare's billing system is undergoing some changes/migration. During this period, you may notice extra bills, incorrect bills, or other issues.
To resolve these issues, create a Support ticket by using the following link (you must be logged into your Cloudflare account): https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support
Note that all accounts, even Free plan accounts, can create billing tickets. Tickets are the only way to resolve billing issues; we cannot help you in this Discord.

Also, just wondering, are there no cloudflare employees in this discord server?
it is pretty normal for free users
and there have been many billing issues, so there's a big backlog right now
there are some Cloudflare employees here, but the billing team isn't and there are things that only they can solve
I see, okay then.
Hopefully the issue can be resolved soon.
I’ll need to create a workaround in the meantime until it’s fixed.
