How cooked are these soles?

Got these loafers for a song. Do these look like they can be resoled? Tangential question is: Buying non-sneakers online has always been hard to get the sizing right without trying it on beforehand for me. How do you people buy leather shoes online and be sure about the sizing? Even knowing your brannock size it seems like a gamble.

Hi @Za Warudo! For better answers, include: - Reference pictures - Budget in numbers - Specific measurements - Openness to buying secondhand and/or online - Location: country/continent is fine - Timing/urgency

I'm quite confident that those can be resoled looking at the stitching and they look like they would be worth the trouble too

These need a full resole Would also check if the inner lining needs fixing too

thanks guys, I'll go find a cobbler to see if this can be resoled. I'll also need to get some tongue or heel pads or maybe insoles because it's a bit too big even with socks Dropped these off at a well regarded cobbler today. $90 seemed a reasonable price for a rubber resole.
